CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

PRICE CHANGES

Once an order is placed, prices will not be changed under any circumstance. We at Glamour Farms try to keep it fun and offer y'all great deals throughout each month. EXCHANGES

Due to buying our merchandise in limited quantities to keep our inventory unique, we do not offer exchanges.

RETURN POLICY

Final Sale 

  • All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final (end in $0.99). No exceptions.
  • Gift Card sales are final.
  • All sales are final on all Ahh-mazing shapewear (all shapers, leggings, shorts), undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes. No exceptions.

Return Information

You are eligible to return an item if...

  • tags are attached
  • item is unworn
  • item is unwashed
  • item is unaltered
  • item has no makeup stains
  • item has no deodorant stains
  • item has no animal hair
  • item has no smells of smoke

If they do, they will be returned to you at your cost. If you choose not to pay return shipping charges, your item(s) will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Within 1-3 Business Days of Order Date--Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

  • If you believe you have received an item with a defect or the incorrect item, you must contact customer service at contact@glamourfarms.com within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order to resolve the issue. Please include your order number, order date, and explanation the issue.
  • If applicable, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified of your refund via email.
  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Also applies if a return causes the invoice total to fall below the $75 Free Shipping Perk. Shipping fee will be will be deducted from the return credit.
  • Glamour Farms is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.

Within 1-7 Business Days of Receiving Order--FREE Return Shipping

  • Customer must email customer service at contact@glamourfarms.com to request a return label...it's on us! Return label will arrive via email. Customer service emails will be answered Mon-Fri 9am-4pm CST.
  • The item(s) will need to be shipped to Glamour Farms on or before the 7th business day after receiving your package. After 7 business days, the customer is responsible for return shipping and fees, no exceptions.
  • Refund on original payment type for regular priced items (sale items are final--items ending in $.99).
  • Include your original receipt and circle the item(s) and reason(s) for your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified of your refund via email.

  • Refund on original payment type for regular priced items (sale items are final--items ending in $.99) postmarked within 14 days of the order date.
  • Include your original receipt and circle the item(s) and reason(s) for your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified of your refund via email.
  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Also applies if a return causes the invoice total to fall below the $75 Free Shipping Perk. Shipping fee will be will be deducted from the return credit.

Within 15-30 Business Days of Order Date

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be in the form of a gift card for regular priced items (sale items are final--items ending in $.99) that are postmarked within 15-30 business days of the order date.
  • Include your original receipt and circle the item(s) and reason(s) for your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified of your refund via email.
  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Also applies if a return causes the invoice total to fall below the $75 Free Shipping Perk. Shipping fee will be will be deducted from the return credit.
