EARNED LOYALTY CREDIT
How do I receive and use "Earned Loyalty Credit"?
EARNING LOYALTY CREDIT: Add eligible "earned credit" products to your cart. Checkout as normal. Once your order has been placed, our system will automatically apply a "earned credit" to your account for the percentage advertised. USING EARNED LOYALTY CREDIT: The earned loyalty credit will be available at checkout to apply on a future order. *note--payment must be made via debit/credit card, PayPal, ApplePay or Sezzle to receive earned loyalty credit.
ORDERING
How do I combine the products I want to purchase from online, the app and the Facebook group into one cart to take advantage of cheaper shipping?
If you login to your account via Facebook, your items will be added into the SAME cart from all three sales channels. Woohoo!
How can I distinguish a regular priced item versus a sale/clearanced/final sale item?
All sale/clearanced/final sale items end in a "$0.97" and are final sale (change effective 11/9/22).
I have questions on an item. I want to talk to someone before I order. Is this possible?
YES! Ms. Annie is very experienced and knows our clothes and the fits inside and out! Please feel free to email (contact@glamourfarms.com) or call her at 618-665-FARM (3276). Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm CST.
How long are items held in my cart?
You know the saying "Early bird get the worm"?! We are now offering FIRST PAY. What does this mean? Add the item to your cart and the first to pay will be awarded the item(s).
How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. There are not one, but two ways to qualify for FREE SHIPPING. (#1) If your order exceeds $99+, you will automatically be awarded free shipping. (#2) If cart total does not exceed $99+, go ahead and place your order, then you will be awarded free shipping for 24 hours.
What is your shipping rate (United States)?
First order will be charged a $7.99 flat rate shipping fee (effective 11/9/22). However, if you order again within 24 hours, you will be awarded FREE SHIPPING!
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. All Canadian orders are a flat rate of $24.99 (change effective 11/9/22). However, if you order again within 24 hours, you will be awarded FREE SHIPPING!
LOCAL PICKUP
Do you offer local pickup?
We are excited to announce that we now offer local pickup! Pickup hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm CST. Please pull up to the designated area, call 618-665-3281 and a GF team member will be ready to assist you. Orders will be held in our pick up facility for 14 business days before being donated.
RETURNS
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges as our items sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee the item would be available. We will credit your account and you can choose how to use your account credit.
Can I return a sale/clearance item?
No. All sale/clearance items are a final sale (ending in $0.97). No exceptions.
Do you offer local returns dropoff?
Yes! We now offer local returns at our Louisville location. Simply fill out the return form and enclose it in a sealed package with the items you are returning. Please write your name legibly on the outside of the package and place it in the drop box. Easy peasy! This is available 24/7 for your convenience. Woohoo!
I do not live close to utilize the local returns dropoff. What is your mailing address for my return?

CARE FOR CLOTHING
I have followed all washing instructions and my top seems to be a bit smaller. Any advice?
Please continue to follow the care instructions. However, make sure to reshape your item before laying flat to dry.
